Adding Rental Permit Numbers to Your Listings

If you operate in a location that requires you to include your real estate license or tax ID on listings, you can load that information into the property details in your VacayHome Connect client portal. VacayHome Connect will feed this information to your listings. 

To add your tax ID or real estate license number in the client portal, follow these steps:

1. Click on Properties in the left hand menu, to open the property list. 
2. Click on the name of a property to view its property overview. 
3. Click the Property details menu item.
4. Scroll down to the Billing section. The second item in the Billing section is labeled Tax registration. Enter your tax ID or real estate license in the Rental permit number field in the Tax registration section.
   
   
5. Click save.  

Once you have added information into the Rental permit number field, you should also push a listing update to send those changes to your listing. This document, Updating Listing Content, has instructions on how to update a listing.
