Logging in with multi-factor authentication (MFA)

After the August 6, 2024 release, any time you log into the client portal with your username and password, you will be sent a single-use code to verify your identity before accessing your account. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure we are in compliance with the highest industry security standards.  

How it works

1. Go to the client portal login page, here https://sentinel.vacayhomeconnect.com/login. 
2. Enter your username and password, and click Continue. 

3. The system will send a one-time, single-use password to the email address that you use to sign into the client portal. This can take a few seconds.

4. Check your email inbox to locate the email containing the one-time password.
   The email will come from [e-mail], with the subject line, Sentinel Multi-Factor Authentication.
5. Enter the one-time password into the corresponding field and click Continue. 
   
6. This will complete the login sequence and take you to your supplier dashboard.
