Setting Up Your Help Center Login

Setting up a VacayHome Connect (VHC) Help Center login will allow you access to view and make changes to tickets that you have created. 

Setting Up Your VHC Help Center Login

If this is your first time logging into the Help Center, you will need to set up your login. 

1. You can find the Help Center login page here: https://vacayhometech.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/
2. If you are new to the VHC Help Center (you have never submitted a ticket), click the Sign up link.
   
3. Enter your first & last name and your work email on the next screen, then click Sign up. 
4. This will trigger a verification email to be sent to you. Follow the prompts in the email to create your login. 
5. Return to https://vacayhometech.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/ and enter your email address and newly created password to sign into the Help Center.
