Synching Property Data

When you update a property's details in your property management software (PMS), the property information will sync automatically to VacayHome Connect during regular sync times, unless otherwise specified in your setup. If you have made a change to a property and need to update it before the next sync, you can use the manual sync feature in the Property List and in the Property Overview to sync property details on demand. 

NOTE: Some property management software products do have an additional waiting period of up to 24 hours before updated rates are available to VacayHome Connect in the API. VacayHome Connect is only able to display the details that are available in the API.

Synching Property Data

To sync property details manually in your VacayHome Connect client portal, use the Sync all content option on the Property List. 

1. Click on Properties in the left-hand menu, to view your property list.
2. Locate the property that you would like to sync, and click on the three dots to the far right of the property information to open the edit and sync options.
3. Click on Sync all content to import the property's updated rates.

Alternatively, if you only need to sync certain data, such as rates or images, you can select from a variety of individual options in the Sync menu.
