When viewing your help tickets in Help Center, you'll see a few different ticket statuses depending on where the Customer Service team is at in the research process. The ticket statuses are as follows:
: The ticket is in the Customer Service queue and is being researched.
: Customer Service has sent a response and is awaiting your reply.
: The request has been completed.
If you have any questions at any point during the lifespan of your ticket, don't hesitate to reach out. You can contact us by responding to any emails related to your ticket, or add a comment when viewing your tickets in the Help Center.
